- Darkleaf is a warrior of ShadowClan. His apprentice is Brackenpaw.
- One day, during training, Darkleaf goes insane and tries to kill Brackenpaw, but fails. Solarpaw runs to get help. When he gets back, the leader exiles Darkleaf. Once he leaves, the leader murders him for their own good. No one knows this but Brackenstar.
